  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings. Address any questions or issues customers may have Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team, Keep an updated customer database
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quotas, and track and document calls and sales.
  • Helping the sales team by contacting customers for sales and deliveries and arranging appointments.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
  • Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff
  • Entering order information into the company database
  • Answering Client questions regarding their account or sales products

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 2 or more years’ experience in sales and telesales.
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy – MUST .
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
