We are looking for a smart and confident Female Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and computer skills to ensure smooth functioning of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and the sales team for inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer records, booking details, and delivery schedules.
  • Handle telephonic and walk-in customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Prepare sales reports, daily follow-ups, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with finance and registration departments for vehicle delivery processes.
  • Ensure timely updates of leads, bookings, and pending deliveries.
  • Support in showroom promotional activities and events .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Sales Coordination / Customer Handling (Automobile preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations
  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
