Job Overview

BodyBox is looking for a dynamic Sales & Community Engagement Specialist to build strong brand presence within the fitness and wellness community. This role focuses on creating, organizing, and executing community events in collaboration with gyms, fitness centers, and wellness companies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and convert community engagement into paid services.

The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about health, fitness, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute community and fitness-related events in gyms, studios, and wellness spaces
• Represent BodyBox at events, pop-ups, activations, and partnerships
• Offer free trial services, demos, or experiences to attract potential clients and convert them into paid customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with gyms, fitness trainers, wellness professionals, and partners
• Collaborate internally with the BodyBox team to ensure smooth event planning and execution
• Actively promote BodyBox services during events with a sales-focused mindset
• Collect leads, follow up, and support conversions to packages and memberships
• Provide feedback and reports on event performance and sales outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, community engagement, or event activation
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Good knowledge of the fitness, wellness, and health industry
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable engaging with the public
• Able to move between locations (gyms, studios, events)
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
