Sales Compliance Officer – Cards

• Ensure all credit card sales adhere to regulatory, bank, and internal compliance guidelines
• Monitor sales calls, field activities, and application sourcing to prevent mis-selling
• Verify application quality, KYC accuracy, disclosures, and consent documentation
• Conduct regular audits of sales teams, DSAs, and channel partners
• Identify, report, and resolve compliance breaches and policy deviations
• Train sales teams on updated compliance norms and ethical selling practices
• Coordinate with risk, operations, and legal teams on corrective actions
• Maintain compliance MIS, audit reports, and regulatory records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
