Job Summary

Enza Home is looking for a creative and customer-focused Sales & Concept Designer to provide clients with innovative furniture and interior solutions. The role combines design expertise with sales acumen, helping clients visualize concepts while driving sales for premium furniture collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their space, style, and lifestyle requirements
• Develop furniture layouts, mood boards, and interior concepts aligned with Enza Home collections
• Prepare 2D/3D layouts and product presentations for client approvals
• Present design concepts and product solutions to clients and close sales
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order execution
• Maintain showroom displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal concepts
• Handle quotations, follow-ups, and order documentation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on interior design trends and Enza Home product knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Strong sales skills combined with creativity in design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software is a plus
• Knowledge of furniture materials, layouts, and space planning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to meet sales targets

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in furniture retail, interior design sales, or similar role
