We are seeking a creative and client-focused Sales & Concept Designer to join our Lahore team. This role combines design expertise with sales acumen to provide personalized solutions to our clients.

Role Overview

The Sales & Concept Designer will act as a bridge between clients and the design team, understanding client needs, creating tailored furniture concepts, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. This role requires a blend of design creativity, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing furniture solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Concept Development

• Meet clients to understand their needs, preferences, and spatial requirements.
• Develop customized furniture concepts, layouts, and solutions using 2D/3D design tools.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, highlighting functionality, aesthetics, and pricing.
• Offer expert advice on furniture selection, finishes, and materials.

Sales & Business Development

• Convert client consultations into confirmed sales while achieving individual sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of designs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for client presentations, promotions, and showroom displays.
• Provide feedback from clients to the design and product development teams to improve offerings.

Market Awareness & Innovation

• Stay updated on furniture design trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
• Suggest new design ideas and concepts aligned with Enza Home’s brand image.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in furniture design, interior design, or sales with design consultation.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
