Product Concierge ? Acura of Los Angeles Westside

Location: Westfield Culver City Mall

Acura of Los Angeles Westside is growing and seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Product Concierges. This is the perfect opportunity for those who love connecting with people, sharing product knowledge, and creating a luxury guest experience

What You?ll Do

As a Product Concierge, you?ll be the go-to expert for our guests?helping them explore our vehicles, understand their features, and feel confident in their purchase decision. Your focus will be on education, hospitality, and trust-building.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Learning each guest?s needs and helping them explore vehicles that fit their lifestyle.

• Demonstrating vehicle features and technology in the showroom and during test drives.

• Explaining Acura benefits, warranties, and ownership perks.

• Assisting guests during delivery?setting up Bluetooth, navigation, driver assist settings, and other features.

• Following up post-delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.

• Coordinating with the Sales team to transition guests smoothly from introduction to purchase.

• Keeping up-to-date on all Acura models, trims, and technology.

• Supporting special events, product launches, and showroom presentations.

Qualifications

We?re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about customer service and luxury experiences.

• Comfortable speaking with people in person, over the phone, and online.

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn vehicle features and digital tools.

• Organized, professional, and dependable.

• Able to multitask in a lively, guest-focused environment.

• Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver?s license and clean driving record.

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred?but not required. Automotive experience is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking for extended periods.

• Using hands and arms frequently for demonstrations.

• Occasional bending, stooping, or lifting up to 50 lbs.
