Sales consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Trinity International Tours & Travels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our tour packages, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell domestic & international holiday packages to prospective clients.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing professional guidance.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
• Prepare quotations, costings, and tailor-made itineraries based on client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat and new customers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in travel sales / tourism industry (1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
