Sales Consultant

Do you love cars, people, and the thrill of closing a deal? Mike Maroone Ford Longmont is looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants to help customers find their perfect vehicle - whether it's a tough truck, a stylish SUV, or a reliable sedan.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our dealership - building relationships, guiding customers through the buying process, and delivering an exceptional experience from the first "hello" to the keys in their hands.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests in the showroom and lot
• Help customers choose the right vehicle through needs analysis and test drives
• Deliver vehicles with care, explaining features and setting up the first service appointment
• Use CRM tools to follow up and build lasting guest relationships
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals in a supportive, team-driven environment

• Prior sales or customer service experience (auto industry a plus!)
• Strong communication and a professional presence
• Organized, motivated, and ready to hit your goals
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two violations in the past three years, no major violations within the past five years.
