Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services to meet those needs. You will play a key role in driving company revenue by managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential customers via cold calling, email, or networking
  • Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes in CRM software
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry]
  • Freshers with excellent communication is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
