Job Title: Sales Consultant – Art & Framing Company

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our framing and art services team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in selecting frames, art materials, and related products while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the showroom’s visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable framing options, materials, and finishes.
• Explain pricing, turnaround times, and customization options clearly.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales receipts accurately.
• Coordinate with the workshop or production team to ensure correct order processing.
• Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness, product displays, and sample frame arrangements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales follow-up.
• Keep updated on new frame designs, trends, and materials.
• Support administrative tasks such as stock management and order tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in art, framing, or interior décor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of design and color coordination.
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
• Fluent in English
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position (including weekends or holidays if required).
• Showroom-based role with occasional client visits.
