Sales Consultant

Izmir, Turkey

As part of our new project launched within Arkas Tourism; we are seeking a team member to manage all sales processes for thematic tours, serving the A Plus customer profile and maximizing customer satisfaction.


Job Description:


  • Managing the sales process of travel experiences for the A Plus customer profile from beginning to end,
  • Coordinating planned travel organizations and thematic tours to meet the right customer base,
  • Achieving sales targets and achieving revenue goals
  • Creating and developing a customer portfolio
  • Implementing sales and marketing strategies and monitoring CRM processes
  • Developing sales solutions tailored to VIP and premium customer demands
  • Collaborating with the Travel Experience - Designer team to ensure accurate communication of products and experiences for sale
  • Coordinating sales processes with business partners, agencies, and suppliers
  • Preparing sales reports and submitting them regularly to management


Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the travel/tourism sector (preferably in luxury or boutique travel experiences on concerts, festivals, outdoor activities, sport, thematic tours... etc.) )
  • Advanced level of English (second foreign language preferred)
  • Accustomed to working with an A Plus customer profile with strong persuasion and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, strong results tracking and highly motivated
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales channels
  • Able to travel and work a flexible schedule
  • Located or able to relocate in İzmir.
