Sales Consultant

Position Purpose:

• To achieve maximum sales growth. Upsell and cross-sell additional services for customers to increase topline.
• Provide after-sales services to maintain a positive relationship with clients.
• Develop and build a sales portfolio through the insurance service offering.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through various sources.
• Responsibility for the introduction of new business and potential clients.
• Sell multiple types of insurance policies to potential clients, such as Motor, Fire, Medical, and life insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-lasting connections.
• Portfolio management reports (new business, renewal business), and collection reports.
• Consistently achieve or surpass established monthly sales targets.
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation
• Gather information from clients to determine their risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance policies.
