ملخص الوظيفة:

يكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال التواصل المباشر مع العملاء، وتقديم المنتجات العقارية بطريقة احترافية تجذب العملاء وتلبي احتياجاتهم. كما يجب أن يمتلك مهارات قوية في الإقناع والتفاوض، وشغفًا بتحقيق النتائج وبناء العلاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.
• بناء علاقات قوية ومستدامة مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين.
• عرض المشاريع العقارية بطريقة مهنية وجذابة.
• متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحويلهم إلى عملاء فعليين.
• تقديم تقارير دورية عن نتائج المبيعات وملاحظات السوق.
• التعاون مع فريق التسويق لضمان توافق الحملات مع أهداف المبيعات.
• المساهمة في تطوير استراتيجيات البيع وتحسين تجربة العملاء.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 1 سنة في مجال المبيعات المباشرة أو العقار.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والعرض والإقناع.
• إجادة استخدام أدوات المبيعات وتقنيات إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.
• اللباقة والاحترافية في التعامل مع العملاء.

Job Summary:
