Job Summary

Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional? We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to help drive growth and enhance client relationships in the sports and gym flooring sector. If you're passionate about sales and thrive in a dynamic environment where technical knowledge meets commercial success, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse sectors including gyms, fitness centers, sports facilities, schools, play areas, shooting ranges, and commercial projects
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients including facility managers, architects, contractors, and project developers
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer requirements
  • Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, presentations, and technical proposals
  • Provide technical consultation on flooring solutions, material selection, and applications
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, installation, technical) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated track record
  • Experience in flooring, construction, interiors, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM software
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to conduct site visits and field sales activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with rubber or industrial flooring products is a strong plus
  • Experience selling to gyms, sports facilities, schools, or construction/fit-out companies
  • Existing network of business contacts in the UAE/GCC region (fitness industry, contractors, facility managers)
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in construction and sports facility development
  • Arabic language proficiency
  • Technical understanding of flooring materials and installation processes
  • Professional sales certifications
