If you are a motivated sales expert with an interest in real estate, this opportunity is for you. Become part of our growing team and play a key role in building relationship and guiding clients through their property buying journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and connect with potential buyers for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Proactively explore new business leads through strategic outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Consistently achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales progress within CRM tools.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales and client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Karachi’s property market; familiarity with property documentation is an advantage.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
  • Professional appearance, confidence, and the ability to establish positive rapport with clients.

Location: The Seven Towers, FB Area, Karachi.
(Preference will be given to candidates residing in nearby areas or those who can conveniently commute).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
