Sales consultant

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries for tourist, business visas.
• Guide clients through visa requirements, documentation, fees, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate client details and updates in CRM.
• Achieve monthly visa/holiday package sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal operations and embassies for smooth processing.
• Follow up with clients for pending documents or payments.
• Stay updated with embassy guidelines and new visa rules.
• Upsell travel insurance, flights, or holiday packages when relevant.
