We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to understand a client’s business, spot what’s blocking their growth, and turn that into a clear sales strategy that actually works. If you enjoy solving real business problems and working closely with clients, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll work on
  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
  • Meet clients, understand their needs, and map their sales challenges.
  • Analyze their products, services, and current sales performance.
  • Build sales growth strategies with clear goals, timelines, and actions.
  • Work with marketing to shape campaigns, branding, and promotions.
  • Stay involved during implementation, guiding the client’s sales team.
  • Track metrics like lead flow, conversions, revenue, and pipeline health.
  • Review competition and share practical insights with clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations smoothly.
  • Adjust strategies based on results and client feedback.
What you should bring
  • Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales (consulting background preferred).
  • Solid understanding of business consulting and sales functions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working independently and with teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
