Timings: 10:00am-8:00pm
Job Description1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients through calls, visits, referrals, and social media.
- Approach new customers and create opportunities for sales conversions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up regularly.
2. Client Meetings & Presentations
- Conduct meetings to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build trust and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
3. Sales Operations & Follow-ups
- Manage inquiries, share quotations, and follow up till deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock availability, and delivery.
- Ensure timely communication and customer service throughout the process.
4. Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with existing customers for repeat sales.
- Handle client concerns, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong communication and professional conduct with all clients.
5. Sales Reporting
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (Excel / CRM).
- Update CRM records, track leads, and document customer interactions.
- Achieve sales targets and forecast potential business opportunities.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Suggest improvements and new strategies to boost sales performance.

- Good command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
