Job Responsibilities:

● Sales consultants need to determine a customer's needs and wants by asking proper discovery questions.

● Have the ability to demonstrate product knowledge and suggest additional items that complete a sale.

● Follow the sales process for all presentations to ensure the customer is investing in the purchase of our product. This process includes: proper greeting, rapport building, customer needs, wants and discovery, presentation and closing techniques.

● Accurately input all customer data, products, and special orders into the system efficiently.

● Ensure that all daily and weekly paperwork is accurate and complete. This includes verifying invoices, inventory, special orders, daily sales reports, and completing all bank deposits.

● Keeping your job space organized and clean on a daily basis.

● Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure future sales.
