Sales Consultant

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. This role requires persuasive communication, customer service skills, and business acumen to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve processes
• Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Any degree with strong English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
