About the Role

This is a remote, consultative closing role where you’ll run Report of Findings (ROF) calls on Zoom with patients who have already:

  • Completed diagnostics
  • Received a clinical recommendation
  • Expressed interest in care

You are not cold calling. You are stepping into meaningful, high-stakes conversations where your ability to lead, guide, and close matters.

Some patients are ready. Others need clarity, certainty, and trust.

Your job is to help them get there — and make a decision.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct 1-on-1 consultative video calls with prospective patients
  • Present and guide patients through $3K–$6K+ care plans
  • Navigate real objections (money, spouse, fear, hesitation)
  • Build trust while maintaining authority in the conversation
  • Secure payment (card or financing) on the call when appropriate
  • Track pipeline and call outcomes consistently
  • Occasionally follow up or re-engage past interest when needed

Compensation

  • Base: $30–$35/hour
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • On-Target Earnings: $100K-$120K+

Top performers are rewarded. There is no artificial ceiling.

  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Are outcome-driven and consistent with follow-through
  • Thrive in performance-based environments

Strong Advantage If You Have

  • Healthcare, dental, chiropractic, or med spa sales experience
  • One-call closing experience
  • Experience discussing financing (CareCredit or similar)
  • Background in high-trust, high-value service sales
