• Competitive training pay: starting at $21.65+/hr (depending on experience)
• After training: base hourly pay plus commission — uncapped earning potential ($50K–$75K+ typical)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to assess flooring and design needs
• Build and maintain client relationships; follow up with new and existing customers
• Measure spaces, calculate materials, prepare and present project proposals, collect payments, and manage projects through completion
• Coordinate with vendors on product specifications and availability
• Balance showroom customer assistance, prospecting, and project management
• Keep the showroom tidy and displays current
• Stay knowledgeable about products and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years experience in flooring, retail/furniture sales, interior design, hospitality, or similar roles preferred
• Strong design sensibility and color awareness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic computer, social media, and math skills
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal communication
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and time-management abilities
• Ability to follow up with customers and vendors using various communication methods

Nice to Have (We Will Train)

• Ability to read blueprints and floor plans
• Use a tape measure and/or an architectural scale
• Knowledge of flooring products and industry practices
