We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and target markets.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Consult with prospective clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
- Guide clients throughout the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Negotiate contract terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Sales Consultant, Business Development, or similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
