Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and target markets.
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Consult with prospective clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
  • Guide clients throughout the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Negotiate contract terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Sales Consultant, Business Development, or similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
