Sales Consultant - Apprentice Program (Relocation Required)

The Patient Care Trainee (PCT) is a competitive, exciting 12-week Sales Apprenticeship with real patient impact, significant bonus potential, and a direct route to full-time placement as a Patient Care Consultant (PCC) upon program graduation. This position is an excellent opportunity for results-driven, sales-focused professionals who want to break into the fast-growing medical aesthetics industry.

PCTs will learn the fundamentals of selling in the aesthetics industry by gaining hands-on training through an intensive sales bootcamp that includes rotating through sales-facing business units, live patient engagements, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and real-time coaching from sales professionals.

PCTs will be given weekly evaluations starting Week 1 and will advance to selling in the field after successful completion of the first 4 weeks.

LOCATION: On-Site in Bellevue, WA and Travel Throughout U.S.

SUMMARY:

PCTs will learn the fundamentals of selling in our industry by gaining hands-on training through an intensive sales bootcamp that includes rotating through sales-facing business units, live patient engagements, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and real-time coaching from sales professionals. PCTs will be given weekly evaluations starting Week 1 and will advance to selling in the field after successful completion of the first 4 weeks. Those who do not meet KPIs may be terminated from the program after Week 4, or at any point during the remaining 12 weeks. Those who make it to week 12 will conclude their journey with a panel interview before the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and the Area Business Leaders. Only the best performers will earn a regular placement on the Sono Bello sales roster.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn & consult. Master Sono Bello's business operations and sales strategies, including surgical procedures, financing options, and consultative sales approach; assessing patient goals alongside surgeons and tenured PCC mentors.
• Own follow-through. Support every step of the patient journey: consultation, pre-operation preparation, day of procedure protocols, and post-operation check-ins; using our proprietary tech stack.
• Build a pipeline. Consult, nurture, and convert leads while tracking performance against high target KPIs.
• Lead by example. Model our cultural planks: urgency, empathy, accountability, and elevate team energy in each center.
• Provide incredible customer service with exceptional communication skills, greeting patients and answering questions in a friendly manner, proactively helping and providing accurate and timely information, making product/service recommendations and accommodating special requests.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to relate to others, build trust quickly, and adjust communication style as needed for each patient.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients, caregivers, physician,s and staff.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Must be proficient in basic computer skills and the utilization of MS Office Suite
• Ability to navigate directions and maps when traveling
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING AND CRITICAL THINKING:

• Ability to problem-solve and clarify the necessary steps of logic and reasoning professionally. Intellectual acuity is a necessary qualification
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a PCC at Sono Bello. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• The role of Patient Care Consultant requires using the telephone, computer, and other related instruments or devices while communicating with patients, caregivers, physicians and staff.
• While performing the duties of the Patient Care Consultant, specific vision and hearing abilities required by this job include both vision and hearing acuity.
• The Patient care consultant will sit, stand, and walk for periods of time throughout the day.
• Employees may need to lift up to 25 lbs. on occasion.
• Noise level is moderate.
• May require working long hours under stressful conditions due to deadlines and end-of-month constraints.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires travel and lodging near our National Headquarters in Bellevue, WA, for the first 6 weeks of this program. Participants will be provided with shared corporate housing during this timeframe.
• 100% travel is required from weeks 7-12 of this program
• Must be willing to relocate within the continental U.S. to any city of Sono Bello's choosing upon completion of the 12-week program. Relocation benefits will be provided.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree, or one-year certificate from college or technical school
• Minimum of one year of related experience and training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $24/hour (equivalent of $50,000 annually) + up to three performance bonuses tied to evaluation targets (potential additional earnings of up to $25,000)
• Travel & housing covered for required rotations
• Weekly meal allowance

Base compensation and bonus earning potential may increase upon hire into a regular, full-time PCC or PCA position.
