Job Summary

The Sales Consultant – Auto & Trucks (Export) is responsible for promoting and selling passenger vehicles and commercial trucks to international clients. The role involves identifying export opportunities, managing overseas customer relationships, preparing export documentation, and coordinating with logistics teams to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop international markets for automobile and truck sales.
• Communicate with overseas clients, dealers, and distributors.
• Promote available vehicles for export through online platforms and direct sales.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and export contracts.
• Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and logistics teams for vehicle export.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and import requirements of destination countries.
• Maintain strong relationships with international buyers and partners.
• Track orders and ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of automobile and truck specifications.
• Understanding of international trade and export procedures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with export documentation and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work with international clients and different markets.
• Active & Expert in Social Media

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
• Experience in automotive sales or export sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, freight forwarding, and export regulations is an advantage.
