Role Description

Thomsun Group – Building Materials Division is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant with proven experience in building materials sales to join our team and drive growth across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Designation : Sales Consultant - Building Materials
Location : Dubai and Northern Emirates

Product Portfolio
* Construction Chemicals & Sealants
* Anchors & Fasteners
* Drill Bits, Cutting & Grinding Discs, Abrasives
* Hand & Power Tools
* PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, developers, and key clients.
* Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
* Stay updated on products, market trends, and competitors.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, traders, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the internal team to align sales strategies with company goals.

Requirements
* 2–5 years of relevant building materials sales experience in the UAE.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Strong knowledge of the UAE building materials market (Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Northern Emirates).
* Valid UAE driving license.
* Excellent communication, negotiation & client relationship skills.
* Currently based in Dubai or Northern Emirates.
