Overview

The Sales Consultant for ERP, HCM, and RCM Solutions plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in the dynamic landscape of enterprise resource planning and human capital management. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking and referrals.
  2. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP, HCM, and RCM solutions.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  7. Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
  9. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
  10. Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Preferred Candidate
  1. Proven track record in sales specially in ERP, HCM, or RCM solutions.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients.
  3. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
  4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  6. Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Existing client network in UAE / KSA / Qatar preferred.
  • Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
