Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized real estate advice based on market trends, location preferences, and budget.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand local trends, property values, and emerging opportunities to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Property Search: Assist clients in finding suitable properties for purchase, lease, or investment that align with their goals and criteria.
• Negotiation: Represent clients in negotiations with sellers, buyers, or landlords to secure favorable terms and deals.
• Sales and Leasing Support: Assist clients in the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties, including facilitating paperwork and coordinating property viewings.
• Investment Analysis: Provide investment insights and strategies for clients looking to buy properties as investments, including potential return on investment (ROI) and risk assessments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Networking and Business Development: Build relationships with property owners, developers, and other professionals to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Property Valuation: Conduct property appraisals and provide valuations for buying and selling decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, property valuation, and investment principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and client requirements to provide strategic recommendations.
• Customer Service: A client-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Licensing: Required real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction (depending on the region/country).
• Experience: Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not always required.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
