Key Responsibilities:
Support Fleet Manager – Assist with strategy implementation and operational execution.
Identify Right Fleet Segments & Volumes – Conduct market analysis to target high-potential segments.
Demonstrate Strong Product & Presentation Skills – Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
Schedule & Conduct Targeted Customer Visits – Organize meetings by area, segment, and customer priority.
Leverage Marketing Tools Effectively – Utilize brand assets, product information, testimonials, and PR materials to enhance sales efforts.
Develop & Execute a Rolling Weekly Plan – Prioritize top customers for consistent engagement and relationship building.
Implement a Robust Follow-up Strategy – Ensure timely and effective follow-ups to secure deals and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist in Order Planning & Inventory Management – Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to optimize stock availability.
Negotiate & Close Fleet Deals – Engage in contract discussions, pricing strategies, and deal finalization.
Build & Maintain Strong Customer Relationships – Foster long-term partnerships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Monitor Market Trends & Competitor Activities – Stay informed on industry shifts and competitor offerings to adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure Compliance with Company Policies & Industry Standards – Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
Report Sales Performance & Forecasts – Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and future projections.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant dealership experience with fleet sales expertise preferred.
Proven selling and negotiating techniques with a track record of closing deals.
Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written) for effective communication.
Preferably an Engineering Degree or equivalent automotive industry experience.
Visa Status: Transferable Visa #18; candidate must be Kuwait based.
Valid Kuwait driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong customer relationship management skills to build and maintain partnerships.
Proficiency in CRM & Sales Software for tracking customer interactions and performance analytics.
