Sales Consultant (Immigration)

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Full-Time | Night Shift (05PM – 02AM Pakistan Time)

Success in this role requires the ability to build rapport, ask thoughtful and strategic questions, uncover client pain points, and help prospective clients make informed decisions about retaining legal representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients via phone and video conference.
  • Gather detailed information regarding immigration history, family circumstances, employment background, prior filings, and other relevant factors.
  • Identify client goals, challenges, fears, and pain points through consultative questioning techniques.
  • Evaluate case viability based on established firm guidelines and immigration knowledge.
  • Educate prospective clients on immigration processes, available pathways, and available services while remaining within non-attorney boundaries.
  • Clearly communicate the value of legal representation and present appropriate service options and retainer agreements.
  • Guide qualified prospective clients through the enrollment and retention process.
  • Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet retained and address concerns or objections.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive notes in the firm's CRM and case management systems.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and leadership to ensure smooth handoff of newly retained matters.
  • Track consultation outcomes, conversion metrics, and sales performance indicators.
  • Participate in regular coaching, training, and performance review sessions.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding lead quality, common client concerns, and market trends.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive client matters.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in immigration law as an Immigration Case Specialist, Senior Intake Specialist, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of family-based, humanitarian, removal defense, employment-based, or other immigration processes.
  • Proven ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and convert qualified leads into clients.
  • Excellent interviewing and active listening skills.
  • Ability to identify underlying client motivations and effectively communicate solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRMs, case management systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting consultation, retention, and performance goals.
  • Bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
