Sales Consultant (Immigration Services)

Our client, a well-established Immigration & Visa Consultancy firm recognized for its ethical practices and global expertise, is looking to hire Immigration Advisors to support their continued growth.

Position Overview

This is a sales-driven role focused on client conversions and achieving monthly targets. As an Immigration Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—guiding them from the initial inquiry to successful enrollment. You must be confident, persuasive, and results oriented, with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Calling: Contact potential leads, check eligibility, and introduce suitable immigration programs.
  • Client Consultation: Guide eligible clients with program options tailored to their profile.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Set appointments and ensure client attendance.
  • Deal Closure: Conduct in-person or virtual consultations and convert leads into enrolled
  • clients.
  • Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with interested leads to keep them engaged.
  • CRM Management: Record all client interactions and updates in the CRM accurately.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion
  • targets.
  • Client Relationship: Build strong connections with clients and maintain professionalism
  • throughout.
  • Policy Awareness: Stay up to date on global immigration policies and changes.
  • Handover Process: Once the client is enrolled, transfer the case to the processing team
  • with complete CRM notes.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in BBA, International Relations, or Social Sciences) from a reputable institution.

Experience:

1) -Preferred: 2+ years of experience in immigration or study visa consultancy.

2) -Mandatory: Strong sales background in banking, real estate, or similar sectors.

3) -Note: Sales experience in retail, food chains, or shops is not applicable.

Age: Between 28 to 35 years.

Language Skills: Fluent in Urdu and reasonably good in English (not mandatory to be

highly fluent).

Sales Skills: Must be persuasive, confident, energetic, and able to close deals effectively.

CRM: Familiarity with CRM systems is required.

Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

Professionalism: Well-groomed, presentable, and professional behavior expected.

Bonus Considerations

  • Candidates with a banking background are highly preferred.
  • Those with experience in study visa sales will also be considered.
  • Fresh immigration advisors with strong sales instincts may also be evaluated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
