Windows & Doors by The Men With Tools is growing and looking for professional sales consultants who enjoy helping homeowners make confident decisions about their homes.

This is a consultative sales role, not a pushy sales environment. Our team focuses on education, trust, and providing real solutions for homeowners.

You’ll be meeting homeowners who requested an appointment, learning about their needs, and helping them find the best solution for their home.

What You'll Do

  • Meet homeowners during pre-scheduled in-home consultations
  • Build trust and understand their needs
  • Educate customers about window and door solutions
  • Present options and financing clearly
  • Guide homeowners through the decision process
  • Maintain organized CRM notes and follow-up
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Work Schedule
