About the Role:
Dewan Motors - BMW is hiring a results-driven Sales Consultant to drive business growth, build lasting client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint
- Identify, engage, and follow up with potential clients
- Execute cold calls, emails, and client meetings
- Conduct need assessments and close deals through effective negotiation
- Build lasting client relationships and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Log daily activities in the DCR system
- Promote and sell BMW Lifestyle Accessories
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and on time
- Work closely with the team to maximize sales results
- Uphold BMW brand standards in appearance and conduct
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field* Minimum
- 3-4 years of experience in automotive or luxury retail sales
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly motivated, confident, and customer-focused personality
