Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Consultant to promote and sell customized kitchen and wardrobe solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of design and space planning, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their kitchen and wardrobe requirements.
Provide product consultations and recommend suitable design solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
Conduct site visits and coordinate measurements when required.
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, materials, finishes, and design concepts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, interiors, construction, or home improvement products. Experience in preparing quotations and client proposals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused personality. Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical design solutions. Preferred Skills Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior products. Basic understanding of space planning and design concepts. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
