Sales Consultant - Leicht Kitchen

1- Service the clients and keep a proper follow up at the retail outlets and provide the right advice and recommend / introduce new design for purchase.

2- Report to showroom manager concerning potential clients and ask for support, training and back up to close the selling process.

3- Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly target set by management. Moreover, propose monthly sales plan to the showroom manager based on the potential client’s pipeline.

4- Execute “Winner” APP tasks regarding Kitchen drawings, and item & Material selection.

5- Perform customer visit, if required by showroom manager.

6- Send the sales contracts, required files and approved designs to the showroom manager to check them and send them to the technical department for the production.

7- Ensure Customer data, Sales Orders SO, transfers and deliveries are added and updated on BC system.

8- Ensure the customer CRM file is completed and updated.

9- Follow up on customer orders with different departments according to their status, and update the Sales file.

10- Ensure proper display of items and accessories in showroom, and help in inventory on regular basis.

11- Always implement the showroom items according to the approved visual merchandising plan.

12- Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy.

13- Make sure to keep the showroom & desks clean at all times. Following up and inspect the showroom display daily to make sure all the display components (cabinets, appliances, sinks & mixers, countertop, and accessories …. ) are in good condition.

14- Continuous Update of CRM regarding all customer activities, feedbacks on collections, daily operation, in addition to internal and customer tickets.

15- Reporting & Coordinating with Showroom Supervisor/Manager regarding SO, delivery, staff issues to be solved immediately.

16- Execute any Job-related task given by showroom manager.
