Opening in Techno Q - Sales Consultant Oracle Hospitality
Position Overview:
Oracle Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team in Qatar In this client-facing role, you will leverage your deep technical and functional expertise, coupled with your strong understanding of the hospitality industry, to drive the sales of Oracle Hospitality solutions to prospective and existing customers. You will be responsible for understanding complex business needs, architecting compelling solutions, delivering persuasive presentations and demonstrations, and ultimately contributing to revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Oracle Hospitality suite of products(Opera, Symphony, Micors ) including but not limited to Hospitlaity Add on Solutions.
Analyze customer business requirements and develop tailored Oracle Hospitality solutions to address their specific needs and challenges.
Validate and present our software solutions, including advanced product concepts, future direction, and integration with third-party complimentary products.
Develop and deliver high-quality, standard and customized Oracle presentations and demonstrations that articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction, and overall Oracle solutions effectively to various audiences, including technical and business stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with prospective customer teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with Account Executives and other sales team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs, prepare proposals, and provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Conduct thorough needs analysis and discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth within the assigned territory or vertical.
Develop and manage reference sites through high-quality technical and professional client relationships.
Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Hospitality product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Provide feedback to product management and development teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
Assist in the transition of opportunities to the implementation team, ensuring a smooth handover.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Travel as needed within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
