Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to spearhead business development in the fit-out and architectural solutions sector across Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of proven sales experience, a strong technical background, and a well-established network within the local construction and design community. This role demands both strategic sales expertise and hands-on project engagement, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and architectural product segments.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close high-value deals in line with sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Conduct regular client and site visits, attend project meetings, and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Technical & Commercial Expertise

  • Present technical proposals, solutions, and product demonstrations customized to client needs.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with project requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

Market & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide periodic performance reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience: 6–8 years of proven sales experience in fit-out, architectural, or construction materials industry in Qatar.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Qatar’s construction industry, procurement processes, and key stakeholders.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge of fit-out and architectural systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • License: Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
