The role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring accurate processing of customer orders. The position involves active lead generation, contract management, and market analysis to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales Promotion
o Proactively identifying and generating new business leads through canvassing and networking.
o Promote company products/services to prospective clients and secure new orders.
2. Quotation & Contract Management
o Review project requirements and prepare accurate estimates and quotations.
o Draft, review, and finalize contracts in alignment with company policies.
o Prepare amendments when required to ensure contract clarity and compliance.
3. Client Interaction & Negotiation
o Attend meetings with clients to present offers, discuss terms, and negotiate deals.
o Acknowledge and confirm orders or offers received from customers promptly.
4. Order Management
o Verify the accuracy of orders before processing and ensure proper documentation.
5. Market & Trend Analysis
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
o Provide regular reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
6. Customer Relationship Management
o Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
7. Additional Responsibilities
Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support departmental objectives.
