Position Overview:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying and attracting potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable real estate offerings, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role involves proactive outreach, lead management, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets in a competitive real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital channels.
  • Maintain and update a robust client database and sales pipeline.

Client Communication & Support

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and purchase procedures.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of Ezdihar Real Estate projects.

Needs Analysis & Consultation

  • Assess client requirements and propose suitable residential or commercial property options.
  • Provide tailored solutions aligned with client investment goals and lifestyle needs.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate prices and payment terms with clients in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Finalize agreements and assist with documentation, reservations, and post-sale support.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and remain a point of contact for client support.

Sales Reporting & Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Submit periodic sales reports to management, including leads, pipeline status, and closed deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or customer-focused sales roles (1–3 years minimum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Solid understanding of real estate products and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
