Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant with 2+ years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai. Experience in off-plan property sales is a plus. This role offers very high commission, with salary discussed based on experience. Multilingual candidates (Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Greek, French, Italian) are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market properties
• Generate and follow up on leads from marketing, telesales, and personal networks
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Maintain client records in CRM
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai
• Off-plan sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Multilingual skills a strong advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven
