Job Description: We are looking for Sales Consultants who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to work in a high-energy loan consulting environment. Freshers are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Explain loan products and eligibility clearly to potential customers.
• Assist customers in choosing the right financial solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing.
• Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-2 years in Sales , loan sales, or tele-sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel, emails, and CRM tools
• Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset and knowledge about Business loans.
• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions:

• 6-day working week (Monday to Saturday)
• Office-based role, no work from home
