Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Consultant with experience in Solar and Automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare accurate quotations and proposals for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business opportunities in the Solar and Automation sector.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and successful execution.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in Solar Energy, Industrial Automation, Electrical, or related industries.
Strong technical understanding of solar systems and automation solutions.
Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and cost estimations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
Professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills: Technical sales and consultative selling. CRM and MS Office proficiency. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
