Responsibilities

Proactively contact potential customers from company-provided lists, clearly explaining our services and offerings.

Arrange trial classes for potential customers and closely monitor their attendance, ensuring they join the scheduled sessions.

Handle pre-sales inquiries and provide timely, accurate information to customers.

Regularly review customer needs with the team and contribute ideas to improve pre-sales service processes and marketing strategies.

Assist with administrative tasks such as compiling reports and completing assignments from the supervisor.
Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any related field.

Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.

Strong patience and resilience, with excellent verbal communication skills.

Able to handle a high volume of outbound calls daily.
