Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Control Department Assistant to join our team. The role is focused on monitoring and ensuring compliance within the Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing sales activities, analyzing reports, and enforcing the internal penalty system.

Responsibilities

* Listen to and review sales department calls

* Check and verify sales reports and control tables

* Monitor compliance with the penalty and bonus system

* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal regulations

Requirements

* Fluency in English and Arabic (knowledge of Russian is a strong advantage)

* At least 2 years of proven sales experience

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work independently and follow structured processes

* Full-time availability (remote work)
