Sales Convincer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a persuasive, confident, and energetic Sales Convincer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for attracting potential customers, effectively explaining product/service features, and converting leads into sales. Ideal for individuals who enjoy interaction, influencing decisions, and working in a goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach potential customers via calls, walk-ins, or field visits (depending on the nature of the job).
• Clearly explain product/service benefits and resolve customer doubts or objections.
• Convince customers to purchase or sign up for the product/service.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer database and call logs.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize customer reach.
• Provide feedback from customers to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently interact and persuade customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
