Sales Coordination Executive

Coordinating communication related to Sales. Keeping daily monitoring on the mails received, their response time, and pending tasks related to Sales coordination.

Following up on leads generated, and reporting with the daily enquiries generated, for seniors to take the enquiry ahead. Communication with existing and prospective clients, verbally and through e-mail.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Keeping close track on e-mails received regarding any new enquiries generated
  • Keeping close track on e-mails received regarding any existing orders being executed by the company
  • Preparing quotations for the sales leads generated
  • Minimizing response time of each e-mail received related to Sales coordination
  • Ensuring the response time is minimized by closely coordinating with the company senior management team
  • Coordinating with Clients over e-mail or calls, to assist Sales team to execute sales visits seamlessly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
