Job Purpose:

To support business growth by managing sales operations, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from inquiry to closing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between clients, sales team, and internal departments for timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Maintain sales reports, track leads, and monitor performance dashboards.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding inquiries and documentation.
  • Support in onboarding new clients and managing existing client relationships.
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily sales operations and resolve coordination issues.
  • Assist management in planning and implementing sales strategies.


Required Skills:

  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Strong follow-up and reporting ability
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused attitude


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of coordination or client handling experience preferred.
