Sales Coordination Officer

About The Role


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordination Officer to provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team. This role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication between internal departments and customers. The position plays a key role in supporting revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.



Core Responsibilities


Sales Administration & Documentation:

Prepare quotations, contracts, and customer-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Maintain organized sales records and documentation.

Order Management & Coordination:

Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely processing and delivery. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure products or services meet customer requirements and are delivered on schedule.

Reporting & Sales Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data to provide insights and performance updates to management, supporting informed decision-making.

Customer & Accounts Coordination:

Ensure invoice accuracy and coordinate with the accounts department regarding payments and billing matters. Address customer inquiries related to documentation or order status.

Promotional & Event Support:

Assist in organizing sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events to support business development initiatives.

Operational Effectiveness:

Apply functional knowledge to daily activities with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and efficiency in assigned tasks.

Communication & Stakeholder Support:

Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.

Policy Compliance & Problem Solving:

Work within established guidelines and company policies while maintaining quality standards. Resolve straightforward issues using sound judgment and relevant experience.



Requirements:

Experience : Minimum of 2 years experience in coordination and sales.

Skills : Academic Strong, Microsoft Office, Background in Legal terms, Excellent communication skills, in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

Education : Diploma Degree and above in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
