Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by qualifying leads, collecting required documentation, managing CRM data (HubSpot), and preparing complete sales files before handoff to the rest of the team to ensure excellent customer service.

This role is critical to maintaining a structured and efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads
• Qualify customers 
• Collect required documents 
• Log 100% of inquiries into HubSpot CRM
• Maintain accurate and complete customer records
• Prepare and hand off qualified leads to Sales Executives
• Ensure no quotation is issued without complete documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or CRM Management
• Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional client support and maintain professional relationships
• Fluent in in English and Arabic
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic business environments
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the power solutions or energy sector is an advantage
